All orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays, after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.

Most items are available in stock and ship within 2–4 business days. In some cases, pieces may be in transit from our production studio in Venezuela and require additional processing time. If an item requires a longer lead time, we’ll contact you with an estimated shipping date.

Shipping Rates

Shipping within Venezuela and the United States is free.

International shipping is a flat rate of $15 USD. International orders over $250 USD qualify for free shipping.

Please note that product prices do not include VAT, import duties, customs fees, or other taxes that may be charged by the destination country. Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges may be requested within 10 days of receiving your order, subject to our Return & Exchange Policy.

For U.S. returns and exchanges, a $6 return shipping fee applies. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For international returns and exchanges, a $20 return shipping fee applies. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label.

For exchanges, shipping of the replacement item is complimentary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

Items must be returned unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us at info@mossstudio.shop as soon as possible.

If the issue was caused by an error on our part, we will cover the applicable return and replacement shipping costs.

International Orders

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, taxes, or other import charges assessed by their country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fee and are the responsibility of the customer.

International returns and exchanges are subject to a $20 return shipping fee, except in cases where the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Where applicable, customers are also entitled to any additional cancellation or return rights required by the laws of their country.
